Our Father
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty;
from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
Amen.

Blessing Before Meals

Bless us O Lord, and these Thy gifts,
which we are about to receive
from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
.
Grace After Meals

We give Thee thanks, almighty God for all Thy blessings,
which we have received
from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Morning Offering

O Jesus,
through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer You my prayers, works,
joys and sufferings
of this day for all the intentions
of Your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
throughout the world,
in reparation for my sins,
for the intentions of all my relatives and friends,
and in particular
for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Amen.

Prayer before Bed
Lord, grant me a safe and restful sleep, that I might awaken refreshed and eager to serve You. Amen.

Prayer to Guardian Angel

Angel of God, my guardian dear,
To whom God's love commits me here,
Ever this day, be at my side,
To light and guard, Rule and guide.
Amen.

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

For Souls of the Departed

May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Amen.

Unfailing Prayer to St. Anthony
"Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints"
O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and charity for His creatures made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers.
Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me (your intention).
O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Amen.

Hail Mary
Hail Mary, Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

The Prayer Of Mary

My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord,
my spirit rejoices in God my Savior
for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant.
From this day all generations will call me blessed:
the Almighty has done great things for me,
and holy is his Name.
He has mercy on those who fear him
in every generation.
He has shown the strength of his arm,
he has scattered the proud in their conceit.
He has cast down the mighty from their thrones,
and has lifted up the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent away empty.
He has come to the help of his servant Israel
for he remembered his promise of mercy,
the promise he made to our fathers,
to Abraham and his children forever.
(Lk 1:46-55)

Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.

The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary:

And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.
Hail Mary . . .
And the Word was made Flesh: And dwelt among us.
Hail Mary . . .
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us pray:
Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.
Amen.

Prayer to St. Joseph
O Holy St. Joseph, loving guardian of Jesus and Mary, assist us by your prayers in all the necessities of life.
Ask of Jesus that special grace, which He granted to you, to watch over and protect us, our families and our homes each day, so that with Mary and with you, heaven may find us united in the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Amen.

Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Prayer to St. Therese, the "Little Flower"
O Glorious St. Therese, whom Almighty God has raised up to aid and inspire the human family, I implore your miraculous intercession.
I fervently beseech you to answer my petition (make your request) and to carry out your promises of spending heaven doing good upon earth.
Little Flower of Jesus, give me your childlike faith, to see the face of God in people and experiences of my life, and to love God with full confidence.
Help me to always believe as you did in God's great love for me, so that I might imitate your "little way" each day: Amen.

Act of Contrition

O my God,
I am heartily sorry for
having offended Thee,
and I detest all my sins,
because I dread the loss of heaven,
and the pains of hell;
but most of all because
they offend Thee, my God,
Who are all good and
deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve,
with the help of Thy grace,
to confess my sins,
to do penance,
and to amend my life.
Amen.

Nicene Creed

We believe in one God, the Father,
the Almighty, maker of heaven and
earth of all that is seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God, eternally begotten
of the Father, God from God, Light
from Light, true God from true God,
begotten, not made, one in Being
with the Father. Through him all things
were made. For us men and our
salvation he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit he was
born of the Virgin Mary, and became
man. For our sake he was crucified
under Pontius Pilate; he suffered, died,
and was buried. On the third day he
rose again in fulfillment of the
Scriptures; he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the
Father. He will come again to judge
the living and the dead, and his
kingdom will have no end. We
believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord,
the giver of life, who proceeds from
the Father and the Son. With the
Father and the Son he is worshipped
and glorified. He has spoken through
the Prophets. We believe in one holy
catholic and apostolic Church. We
acknowledge one baptism for the
forgiveness of sins. We look for the
resurrection of the dead, and the life
of the world to come.
Amen.

Psalm 23
A Psalm of David.

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
he leads me beside still waters;
he restores my soul.
He leads me in right paths
for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley,
I fear no evil;
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff -
they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
my whole life long.
